1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that as we operate on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers located in:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • European countries (selected destinations)

If your location is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship to that destination at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and supplier location:

  • Canada & United States: 7–20 business days

  • Europe: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Order size and weight

  • Promotional offers (if applicable)

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, including shipments to Europe:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be imposed by your local customs authority

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • SkinLife Care is not responsible for customs delays or fees

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

SkinLife Care is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to the supplier due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

  • Please contact us at official.skincarelife@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date

  • We will investigate the issue with the carrier or supplier and assist you accordingly

Resolution options may include reshipment or refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to different supplier locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
